Voice Control Pro is provided by Aidia ApS, Pærevangen 9, 1. tv, 2765 Smørum, Denmark, CVR: DK43598171. In these terms, "Aidia," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Aidia ApS, and "Voice Control Pro" refers to our website, desktop app, and related services.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using Voice Control Pro, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.

Eligibility and permitted use

You may use Voice Control Pro only in compliance with applicable law and only for legitimate personal or business purposes. You may not use the service to infringe the rights of others, interfere with the operation or security of the service, reverse engineer or attempt to extract protected source code except where mandatory law expressly permits this, or use the service in connection with unlawful content, spam, abuse, surveillance in violation of law, or any activity that would expose us or our users to legal or security risk.

Local processing and cloud features

Voice Control Pro supports both local and cloud-assisted workflows. If you use local mode, your recordings and transcriptions stay on your device and are not stored by us. If you use optional cloud features, the data needed to provide those features may be processed by us or by relevant service providers.

Accounts and subscriptions

Some features may require an account, license key, trial, or paid subscription. You are responsible for keeping your login details and devices secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate billing and account information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account is being used unlawfully, fraudulently, or in breach of these terms.

If you purchase a subscription, fees, billing intervals, renewal terms, and cancellation mechanics will be presented at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Mandatory consumer protection rules, including any non-waivable rights under applicable EU or Danish law, remain unaffected by these terms.

Acceptable use and user responsibility

You remain responsible for the content you record, dictate, generate, refine, submit, or cause the service to process. That includes making sure you have all permissions, notices, and legal bases required to process personal data, workplace communications, customer material, or confidential information. You must also verify important outputs before relying on them, since speech recognition and AI-assisted text tools can make mistakes.

Intellectual property

Voice Control Pro, including the software, branding, website design, documentation, and related materials, is owned by Aidia ApS or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Third-party services

Parts of the service may depend on third-party hosting, payment, authentication, analytics, model, or transcription providers. We are not responsible for third-party products or services that are outside our control, though we aim to select providers appropriate for a privacy-conscious product and to document our processing practices in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service from time to time, including to improve features, maintain security, comply with law, or respond to changes in third-party dependencies. While we work to provide a reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aidia ApS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of Voice Control Pro. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will be limited to the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or EUR 100 if you have not paid for the service, except where such limitation is not allowed by law.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice where appropriate, if we reasonably believe you have materially breached these terms, created legal or security risk, failed to pay amounts due, or if continued provision of the service is no longer commercially or legally feasible.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update this page and may provide additional notice in the app or on the website where appropriate. Your continued use of the service after the updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. If you are a consumer in the EU, any mandatory rights you have under applicable law remain unaffected.
